Tasting Notes
Colour: Brilliant pale straw with green hues.
Nose: A complex nose of delicate white florals, powerful peach and nectarine fruits with perfumed spice from French oak.
Palate: Wonderful intensity from the outset with white stone fruits and a wet slate, flinty reduction carried by a tight and linear line of driving acidity. Texture builds through the mid palate to a delicious al dente chew with lots of lovely savoury almond notes and subtle toast from the large format oak.
Cellaring: Enjoy now or in ten years with patient cellaring.
