Shipping policy

The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Delivery will take 1-7 business days after the order has shipped.

Shipping lead times are estimated and cover only the metropolitan areas. Major metropolitan areas include Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

Your order will be shipped by Sendle, Australia Post, and winery direct carriers. Please notify us of any specific delivery instructions.

For orders shipped by our carriers to a residential or office address, deliveries are generally made between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, and exclude certain statutory holidays, i.e.,

Your order may only be delivered during the following hours:

- between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on any day other than Sunday, Good Friday, ANZAC Day or Christmas Day.

- between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Sunday.

- between 12 noon and 11 p.m. on ANZAC Day.

- No deliveries are permitted on Christmas Day or Good Friday.

 Our carriers cannot make a call prior to delivery. The carrier may leave a calling card if you are not at home, and you can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new shipping date or amend your delivery address.
