Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep garnet red.
Nose: Dark cherry, yellow plum, raspberry, tilled earth, fine toast and nutmeg spice.
Palate: Very complex and beautifully balanced layers of fresh and dried fruit and spices. It has a seamless flow of fine Suzhou silk that carries to an ever-expanding
finish, resplendent with a cornucopia of fruits, spices and textures.
Cellaring: Enjoy now or in ten years with patient cellaring.
