Tasting Notes
Colour: Dark plum-purple with red hues.
Nose: Ripe red and black berries with purple florals and liquorice spice.
Palate: Beautiful tension between the light and dark, fruity and earthen elements. A core of dark fruit is coated with lifted Sichuan pepper and fennel seed, while lovely mineral, stone and graphite elements add further complexity. The structure and weight are opulent yet light and energetic, giving great length and a seemingly endless finish.
Cellaring: Enjoy now or in ten years with patient cellaring.
