From one of Saint-Aubin’s most renowned Premier Cru sites, “Murgers Dents de Chien,” Joseph Colin crafts a 2023 Chardonnay of precision and depth. The vineyard’s stony soils and elevated exposure yield fruit with intensity and mineral drive. Traditional vinification with wild yeasts and oak maturation provides structure and savoury complexity. Produced in limited quantities, it is a benchmark expression of Saint-Aubin’s terroir.
