The Sauvignon Blanc glass is crafted to suit all styles of this variety, from the crisp, fruit-forward wines of Marlborough to the oak-aged, honeyed blends from Bordeaux. To celebrate the 20-year anniversary of the first Sauvignon Blanc glass, RIEDEL collaborated with winemakers from regions like Marlborough, New Zealand, to refine this shape for evolving New World styles. It is also ideal for dessert wines.
As part of the Performance series, this glass was re-engineered in 2018 for improved aromatics. The optic impact not only adds a striking design element but also enhances the wine’s bouquet, making for a more refined tasting experience.
