Welcome back to "The Pride"! We've had an exciting month, and we’re here to fill you in on all things Wine Animal. From exclusive wine events to top-tier wholesale offers, this month's edition has plenty to roar about.
 

Wine Animal Adventures

I have had a fantastic time over the past few weeks, with one of the highlights being the Barrel Allocation tasting at Seville Estate, something I am extremely proud of being invited to. It doesn’t mean I’m magically going to become a winemaker, it just helps me to train my palate and hopefully give some different perspective to the winemaking team.

The beginning of my Cabernet Challenge series kicked off in Sydney, with Niche in Mosman hosting us again and doing a fantastic job at food and service (especially my smashed sabraged champagne bottle). We now head off to Melbourne and then Perth to find out which region and wine reigns supreme in the Cabernet Stakes.

Wynns John Riddoch has taken a slim lead after the first event with Woodlands Xavier and Vasse Felix Tom Cullity only a couple of points behind. A massive October awaits, and I look forward to seeing you all sometime soon.
