Collection: Natural & Low-Intervention Wine

Low-intervention wine from biodynamic and organic vineyards, with native-yeast ferments, minimal additions and (where appropriate) amphora maturation. This is the more contemplative end of the cellar — wines that taste of where they're from, made by producers who think about it.

Selection spans biodynamic Burgundy (Leflaive, Pousse d'Or, Tremblay), benchmark Yarra producers working with wild yeasts (Giant Steps, PHI), Barossa low-intervention (Sami-Odi, Alkina), and amphora-aged grenache and shiraz.
