2019 Henskens Rankin Brut Rose

Pale salmon in colour, with a firm savoury chardonnay frame around round red berry fruit, pink blossom and yeasty autolytic notes. The palate is generous, with quince, tangy crushed raspberry and strawberry, toast and almond croissant. The finish is long, dry and reminiscent of oyster shell.
