Vincent Dauvissat’s “La Forest” 2020 is a benchmark expression of Chablis terroir — taut, mineral and deeply complex. The old vines draw character from the Kimmeridgian limestone, yielding a wine of remarkable depth and energy. Notes of citrus zest, oyster shell, and delicate florals weave through a finely etched structure. Traditional methods and extended lees ageing ensure both tension and longevity, showcasing one of Chablis’ most revered Premier Cru sites.
