The 2021 ‘Hoffmann Dallwitz’ is a small-production bottling from Sami-Odi, sourced from the Hoffmann family’s historic vineyard in the northern Barossa. Hand-tended vines and traditional methods define the cuvée, with whole-cluster fermentation, native yeasts, and ageing in seasoned oak barrels to preserve vineyard character. The wine shows both concentration and refinement, with lifted aromatics and layered depth. Produced in very limited quantities, it represents a benchmark artisanal expression of Barossa Syrah and one of Sami-Odi’s most coveted releases.
