Fermented traditionally and matured in large-format oak, it delivers lifted aromatics of rose, cherry, and spice over a firm, elegant tannin frame. This modern Australian interpretation retains Nebbiolo’s structure while offering early approachability. Only 15 bottles are available, making it a boutique, cellar-worthy red.
