Similar to a rosado or rosé, this wine is a blend of seven different grape varieties from Canalejas de Peñafiel, including Tempranillo, Garnacha, Bobal, and Monastrell for the reds, and Albillo, Pirulés, and Alarije for the whites. It represents an old-school Rosé-Clarete style, traditionally made in the region from our vineyards and contracted fruit. The grapes are foot-stomped, basket-pressed, and fermented in barrels, where they age on fine lees for seven months. With only 2,280 bottles produced, this wine epitomises classic regional craftsmanship.
