The 2022 ‘Hoffmann Dallwitz’ is a rare bottling from Sami-Odi, crafted from the Hoffmann family’s renowned Dallwitz vineyard in the northern Barossa. The old vines are farmed with care, producing low yields of concentrated Syrah. Vinification uses whole clusters and native yeasts, followed by élevage in seasoned oak to emphasise purity and terroir. The wine balances richness and intensity with a lifted, elegant profile. Produced in extremely limited volumes, it stands as one of the most sought-after artisanal expressions of Barossa Syrah.
