The flagship expression of Sami-Odi, assembled from the oldest parcels within the Hoffmann family's Dallwitz vineyard — DW-OLD (planted between 1888–1912) and ER-27 (planted in 1927). Aged for 75 weeks in 19 Burgundian pièces and bottled in spring 2024 without filtration, fining, or sparging — all transfers completed by gravity to preserve purity and texture. Supple, fragrant, and expressive from the first pour, yet structured enough to reward careful cellaring. This is a wine that breathes deeply and reveals more over time. Yields ranged from 44–55 hL/ha. Total production: 5,328 bottles.
