The 2024 Estate Shiraz from Alkina presents a fine, mineral-driven interpretation of Barossa Shiraz. The fruit, drawn from organic and biodynamic vineyards, is fermented in concrete and aged in large oak to preserve purity and texture. It reveals layers of dark berry, spice, and graphite, showcasing restraint over power. Produced in small volumes, with only 19 bottles available, it epitomises modern Barossa craftsmanship.
