Bests’ 2024 Foudre Ferment Riesling is a limited expression of Great Western’s signature grape, fermented in large oak foudres for added texture and complexity. The result is a dry, structured Riesling combining citrus precision with depth and savoury mineral notes. This small-batch bottling highlights the innovation within one of Victoria’s oldest family wineries. Only 12 bottles are available, making it a rare collector’s piece.
