2025 Polperro Pinot Noir

Red cherry, wild strawberry and pomegranate sit over darker berries, with wood spice and earthy plum. Fine, structured tannins and mineral drive shape the palate. The finish is long and savoury, keeping this Mornington Peninsula pinot elegant rather than heavy.
