Bugey Cerdon is a sparkling rosé made using the ancestral method, retaining natural sweetness and low alcohol. Balivet’s 2024 vintage combines Gamay and Poulsard to produce a delicate wine with gentle effervescence and bright fruit notes. Fermentation is carefully halted to preserve natural sugars, giving a refreshing, lightly sparkling profile.
