Sydney Chardonnay Challenge
Sydney hosts its own edition of the Chardonnay Challenge, bringing 12 compelling Australian Chardonnay expressions together alongside a four-course menu. This guided tasting explores how climate, site, vintage, and winemaking decisions shape each wine, creating a comparative and engaging experience designed to challenge perceptions and sharpen the palate.
Guests will taste the wines blind and score each one out of 20, with results revealed throughout the evening. Expect plenty of discussion, surprises, and the chance to discover which Chardonnays stand out when tasted side by side.
