This vintage is composed of 48% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 18% Meunier, sourced from select vineyards across the Champagne region. The 2016 growing season presented challenges, including a humid winter, a rainy spring, and a dry summer, culminating in a harvest that, despite reduced yields, produced grapes of exceptional quality. The wine underwent traditional vinification methods, followed by six years of maturation in the cellars, allowing it to develop its distinctive profile.
