‘Little Wine’ #10 is part of Sami-Odi’s unique solera-style project, blending parcels of Syrah from multiple vintages alongside newer harvests. Fermentation is carried out with whole clusters and native yeasts, before ageing in seasoned oak to highlight energy and vibrancy rather than oak influence. The result is a layered, expressive Syrah that carries both youthful fruit and mature complexity. Produced in very limited quantities, it exemplifies Sami-Odi’s artisanal and experimental approach to Barossa Syrah.
