Sami-Odi ‘Our Hill’ #1 is an unvintaged assemblage of select casks from 2023, 2024, and 2025, sourced from western-facing slopes on the estate’s home property in the hills behind Angaston. Layered and expressive, it shows dark fruit intensity, savoury spice, and finely structured tannins. A compelling Syrah that balances power with precision and is crafted for depth, texture, and longevity.
